With over 15 years of experience, I've dedicated my career to facilitating positive change through therapeutic and creative practices. Drawing from techniques in art, theatre, nature, and bodywork, I empower individuals to connect with their innate creativity and achieve personal growth. My journey began with a passion for art, leading me to pursue a degree in the field and later qualify in counselling using the arts. I'm also a certified massage therapist, having worked extensively in both private practice and cancer support centers. Through my travels around the globe, I've had the privilege of learning diverse therapeutic and creative modalities, enriching my approach to holistic wellness. In addition to my therapeutic work, I'm part of a playback theatre company—a form of community theatre that fosters deep connection, self-expression, and empowerment. Furthermore, my channelled artworks, as featured on SPtv, offer a unique avenue for spiritual exploration and personal insight.
