Join us for a monthly mindfulness walk through the serene and ancient woods, where you'll be guided through the forest using mindfulness and creative meditation techniques. This is a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in the peace and wisdom that the forest has to offer.
As we honor the cycles of the Earth, you'll find moments of quiet reflection, noticing what draws your attention. Bring along your journals and pens to capture your thoughts, sketches, or writings inspired by the forest. A waterproof mat is recommended for comfortable seating during these reflective pauses.
We'll conclude our journey with a warm cup of tea, providing an opportunity to connect with others or simply continue your quiet contemplation. Embrace this unique experience to deepen your connection with nature and yourself.
