​My healing and bodywork sessions are a gentle invitation to return home to yourself — to soften, breathe, and reconnect with the deeper rhythms of your body and the natural world. With over 20 years of experience in massage therapy, healing arts, and intuitive bodywork, I offer a grounded and nurturing approach that supports both physical and emotional release.
This work blends skilled touch with energetic awareness, breath guidance, and nature-centred wisdom. It is a space where your body is heard, your nervous system can settle, and your whole being is welcomed.

A Session May Include

Intuitive Massage Therapy

Slow, mindful, flowing massage techniques that soothe muscle tension, release stagnation and invite deep relaxation. I use natural balms and oils, chosen for their grounding, warming, or soothing qualities.

Breathwork & Nervous System Support

Breath is central to healing. I guide you through simple breath practices that promote calm, spaciousness, and emotional regulation. This helps the body shift from stress into a state of rest and repair.

Energetic & Intuitive Healing

Subtle hands-on and hands-above techniques to support energy flow, grounding, and clearing. This gentle work helps release emotional blocks and restore a sense of inner coherence.

Nature-Inspired Body Wisdom

Sessions often weave in nature imagery, grounding visualisations, and sensory awareness — reconnecting you to the deep intelligence of the earth and your own inner landscape.

Healing for Children & Young People

With a background in children’s counselling and creative therapeutic work, I offer gentle, non-invasive sessions that support emotional expression, self-regulation, and comfort. These sessions may include story, creative play, breath, and grounding touch.

I currently offer session in the comfort your home or at my space in mid Sussex. A calm and nurturing environment that supports deep rest and release.

Each appointment begins with a brief check-in to understand how you’re arriving and what your body is calling for.
Sessions are available for adults, young people, and children.
