In my sessions, I guide you into stillness using simple, accessible breathing techniques that help you regulate your nervous system, soften tension, and return to presence.
Combined with meditation, grounding visualisation, and gentle awareness practices, these sessions support both adults and children in creating inner space and emotional resilience.

Breathwork sessions may include:

• Breath-led release for stress and overwhelm
• Techniques to support anxiety, emotional regulation, and embodied safety
• Creative breathwork for children using storytelling and sensory play
• Nature-led meditations inspired by trees, roots, water, or seasonal cycles
