You will come away with valuable tools to assist you on your journey to a healthier mind, body & spirit. The sessions would if possible be out in the new forest where I live. Through meditation, gratitude and honoring ceremonies, intuitive creative writing and drawing. We would find ways of deeper connection to our intuition and support to be in the best version of ourselves . Leading to healing and more fulling nourishing life, full of love and joy... it starts with us ! From the inside out we must dare to vision the most beautiful life. and be open to all positive paths.
